Continuum Development Partners is built on over 35 years of combined experience across construction, land development, healthcare environments, university facilities, and mixed-use community projects.
Our leadership and affiliated teams have delivered work for major institutions including Methodist Hospital, Children’s Medical Center, Parkland Hospital, Dallas Baptist University, and numerous private developers and civic organizations. John is known for precision, trust, and long-standing client partnerships across mixed-use, institutional, and infrastructure projects. He manages Continuum’s field operations, contractor performance, and construction quality standards. His discipline ensures every project delivers both technical excellence and long-term reliability.
25+ years aligning capital, community partnerships, and construction to support revitalization and equitable growth. Joy specializes in stakeholder engagement, housing strategy, and neighborhood-based development. As founder of the EmpowerHER Housing Foundation, she brings deep insight into community needs, resident experience, and ground-up activation. She leads Continuum’s work in creating environments that are not only built well—but lived in well.
30+ years of global experience in estimation, design review, and project management across commercial, industrial, and residential developments. Benny has led cost strategy and technical analysis for major projects in the U.S., Middle East, and India, specializing in concrete systems, masonry work, and large-scale structural planning. His discipline ensures Continuum’s proposals, budgets, and technical scopes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with project intent. Benny strengthens Continuum’s ability to deliver complex developments with clarity, precision, and financial control.
30+ years leading complex global developments across government, corporate, and institutional sectors. Lorenzo directs Continuum’s strategic vision, capital deployment, and partner alignment. His experience spans healthcare environments, large-scale community planning, and public–private initiatives that require disciplined management and long-term stewardship. He guides Continuum’s integrated approach: unifying land development, construction expertise, and mission-driven growth.
